About
Build on Islet Atlas
An invitation to the #WeAreNotWaiting community, families, researchers, and developers: take a copy, investigate a question, and share what you learn.
Make a contribution
Start with a research question you care about. A useful first contribution is a correction with a paper, table or figure, or a comparison showing where two studies used different populations or endpoints.
Follow the contribution guide in the source download to propose a change, or open an issue with an evidence correction. Include the original claim, your revision, the source location, and any participant overlap.
What’s included
Islet Atlas code is released under Apache License 2.0. Source papers and controlled cohort datasets have their own access and reuse terms. The source download includes public evidence summaries, software, and local setup instructions. Personal notebooks and API credentials stay outside the release.
The public site offers the curated guide and public literature searches. Maintainers can enable model-assisted investigations on their own installation.
